These Limas came in the farm box about a month ago. Just pulled them (and some cornbread) out of the freezer and made up a recipe. Hopefully they’re worth a damn. If the smell is any indication, they will be.

Andouille, onion, adobo seasoning, chicken stock, and water. Don’t ask me how much of each, I just eye-balled/tasted my way through.
