This was my masterful creation from last night…just have to scoot home and put the bourbon glaze on it. Homemade vanilla ice cream or peach sorbet on the side.

The recipe is from America’s Test Kitchen (aka Cook’s Country or Cooks Illustrated) and I’ve never had one of their recipes let me down (knock on wood) so I’m excited to taste this!
