Did you think I was kidding about catching some rays from inside the house?
Also, my stab at the Garden Fresh Collins is awesome. I also subbed in Tito’s instead of gin, added mint (on accident, I’d probably leave it out next time), and topped everything off with a splash of Topo Chico. Perfect for a day in the “sun”.
